But on Thursday, Billie Eilish revealed to The Project the surprising reason she still records her music in her brother's bedroom.

Currently on her Australian tour, Billie appeared humble as she said the arrangement was 'working for them' creativity.

'It's working for us, why change that?' Billie said, when asked by co-host Waleed Aly why she hasn't moved her creative process to a professional studio.

Billie's brother Finneas O'Connell is also a music producer, with the siblings working on a number of songs together.

Billie Eilish, the 17-year-old singer currently topping charts around the world, has taken to social media after she was allegedly groped during a meet-and-greet at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion.

The Ocean Eyes singer, who headlined this year's Groovin the Moo festival, says she was grabbed on the chest by a female fan during her Australian tour on Tuesday night.;
"Pls don’t grab my boobs in the meet & greet," she wrote on Instagram. "Keep playing the s--t cool but it is very much not."
Eilish alluded that the incident was making her reconsider her meet-and-greet opportunities, writing that some fans make it "very difficult" for her to "feel comfortable" enough to do them.
